The project for company Henkel AG & CoKGaA aimed to determine and optimize the position of cold air inlets in the industrial spray dryer to reduce the hazard of product burning and to increase the dryer throughput.
Model of Air, Energy Flow and Dust Explosion Process in Counter-Current Spray Drying Tower. (Henkel AG & CoKGaA, Dusseldorf, Germany, 2010-01 to 2010-09, 221k PLN).
The project aimed to develop 3D CFD models of air flow and energy flow in counter-current spray drying tower in geometry selected by HENKEL and to analyze dust explosion process in spray drying chamber to estimate credibility of applied safety measures.
Development of a method for drying flake graphene (Grupa AZOTY, Tarnov, Poland, 2014-07 to 2015-05, 380k PLN).
The drying method for graphene oxide was developed with preservation of flake structure of the material. At the end of the process design for production line was elaborated.
