Completion of the MASTER project

The project was carried out in collaboration with Otto-von-Guericke Universität Magdeburg (OVGU), Germany. The primary objective of the project was the experimental and numerical investigation of the mechanisms responsible for agglomeration in spray dryers with fines recirculation to the drying chamber.
New publication in Drying Technology

In the new publication entitled “Quantitative analysis of key spray drying variables’ impact on maltodextrin powder parameters”, members of the Drying Center research team analyzed the influence of feed parameters and process conditions on the properties of maltodextrin powders produced by co-current spray drying at a semi-industrial scale.
Participation in IDS 2024 Conference

Members of the Drying Center research team participated in the 23rd International Drying Symposium (IDS 2024) held in Wuxi, China, on November 22–25, 2024, one of the most important international scientific conferences dedicated to drying processes.
